My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant. The rooms were outstanding in terms of cleanliness, but they could be a little bit bigger, I guess. The TV in the room could also use some improvement. The service facilitated the process in just a few minutes and the staff was very helpful and polite. However, the food was just okay, and the bathroom had a high and dangerous bathtub design. The location was excellent, very close to a Metro station, which made it convenient to explore Moscow. The dining experience could have some improvements, as it felt repetitive, yet the live station for ordering eggs was a nice touch. Despite being quite crowded with Chinese tourists, finding a table took a while. The facilities were professional and met my expectations.
